Job Title: Telecaller (Matrimonial Services)
Location: City Light Area, Surat
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Job Overview
We are looking for a polite and customer-friendly Telecaller for a matrimonial services company. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a professional approach to handle client interactions effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls and handle inbound client queries
- Explain matrimonial services and packages to potential clients
- Maintain and update customer database
- Follow up with leads and convert them into clients
- Assist customers with profile creation and matchmaking process
- Maintain call records and daily reports
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Polite and professional attitude
- Fluency in Hindi and basic English
- Basic computer knowledge
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
Experience Required
- 1–2 years of experience in telecalling or customer service preferred
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply
Additional Requirements
- Comfortable working in City Light, Surat
- Immediate joiners preferred
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
