Key Responsibilities:
Perform accurate data entry and update internal databases and systems.
Process and maintain records, documents, and files as per company policies.
Coordinate with front office teams to ensure smooth workflow and information flow.
Handle email correspondence, reports, and internal documentation.
Manage inventory, supplies, and other administrative tasks as assigned.
Maintain confidentiality and security of all company information and files.
Prepare reports and summaries as requested by management.
Assist in payroll, billing, or finance-related documentation if required
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree
0–2 years of experience in back office
administration,or data entry roles.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Excellent Typing speed Max. 35 WPM to 40 WPM
