We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Administration Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, supporting academic and administrative functions, and maintaining effective communication across all departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day school administrative operations.
- Coordinate with teachers, staff, and management for smooth functioning.
- Handle office correspondence, emails, and communications with parents.
- Maintain student and staff records accurately.
- Support in organizing events, meetings, and school programs.
- Oversee admissions, documentation, and data entry in school ERP systems.
- Handle procurement of school supplies and coordinate with vendors.
- Assist the Principal/Director in administrative tasks as required.
