Job Summary
The Branch Manager is responsible for managing the overall operations, business growth, profitability, customer service, and compliance activities of the branch. The role includes achieving business targets, supervising staff, maintaining portfolio quality, ensuring adherence to company policies, and developing customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities Business Development
- Achieve branch business targets for loans, gold loans, vehicle loans, or other financial products.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase branch profitability and customer acquisition.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and local business communities.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand branch business operations.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 2–5 years experience in NBFC/Banking sector.
- Leadership and team handling skills preferred.
