Job Summary
We are seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Marketing Manager to lead our brand's social media presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, creating engaging content, managing online communities, running paid campaigns, and analyzing performance to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media marketing strategies.
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and TikTok.
- Manage the company's social media calendar and ensure timely content delivery.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms.
- Create and manage paid social media advertising campaigns.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build online communities.
- Collaborate with the marketing, design, and sales teams to support business objectives.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular performance reports.
- Optimize campaigns based on analytics and audience insights.
- Coordinate with influencers, content creators, and external agencies when required.
- Maintain brand consistency across all social media channels.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices.
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite).
- Knowledge of social media advertising and campaign management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage.
- Experience with Google Analytics and social media analytics tools is preferred.
