BestDrive is looking for a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer & Video Editor to create visually compelling designs and engaging video content that strengthens our brand across digital and offline platforms. The ideal candidate combines strong design skills with expertise in video editing, motion graphics, and creative storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
- Design high-quality creative assets for digital marketing campaigns, social media, websites, email marketing, presentations, and print materials.
- Edit promotional videos, advertisements, product videos, corporate films, reels, and social media content.
- Create motion graphics, animated titles, and visual effects to enhance video quality.
- Develop creative concepts and execute campaigns aligned with BestDrive's brand identity.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to deliver impactful visual communication.
- Ensure all creative outputs meet brand guidelines and quality standards.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Optimize graphics and videos for various platforms, including Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and websites.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, video editing techniques, AI-powered creative tools, and social media best practices.
- Mentor junior designers and provide creative direction when required.
Required Skills
- 4–7+ years of experience in graphic design and video editing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Experience with Figma and Canva for digital content creation.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, branding, and layout design.
- Expertise in video editing, color correction, audio editing, transitions, and motion graphics.
- Knowledge of social media content formats and platform-specific creative requirements.
- Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT, or Runway is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of UI design and web creatives is a plus.
- Excellent communication, creativity, and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital campaigns, video editing, and motion graphics.
- Experience working with automotive, technology, retail, or e-commerce brands is preferred.
- Photography, videography, or animation skills are an added advantage.
