We are building EaseMyWork, an Australian SaaS and digital solutions platform helping small and medium businesses streamline operations through ready-made and customised digital applications.
We are seeking an ambitious Associate Product Manager / Business Analyst who wants to help build products, work directly with Australian clients, and grow into a future Product Manager or Operations Leader.
What You'll Do
- Conduct customer discovery and onboarding sessions
- Gather and document business requirements
- Create user stories and acceptance criteria
- Coordinate with development and QA teams
- Manage product backlogs and enhancement requests
- Configure customer websites and applications
- Support testing and customer training
- Collect customer feedback and drive product improvements
- Assist with project planning and delivery coordination
What We're Looking For
- 3-6 years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Management, Customer Success or similar roles
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Curiosity to learn product management and startup operations
- Experience with Jira, Confluence or Agile environments is desirable
