THE ROLE
We are looking for a Product Manager who will ensure that all revenue growth channels across Lawyered are working as they should. This is not a sales role and not a strategy role. It is a product role where you sit at the centre of readiness: making sure the products are built right, the tech is implemented as per market and customer needs, features are competitive, and every channel is firing without gaps or friction.
You will be the person who knows at any given point whether LOTS247 and ChallanPay are delivering on their commercial promise, where the gaps are, what needs to be fixed, and what needs to be built next to stay ahead of the market.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Revenue Channel Health and Readiness
Ensure all product-led revenue channels including LOTS247 subscriptions, ChallanPay transaction flows, B2B partner integrations, and white-label licensing are functioning correctly and delivering as expected.
Track revenue performance regularly across channels, identify drop-offs early, and intervene with product or operational fixes before they become business-level problems.
Work with the CPO to set and track quarterly revenue targets at a feature and channel level, not just an aggregated company figure.
Funnel Conversion and Pricing
Continuously analyse the conversion funnel from acquisition through activation to payment for both LOTS247 and ChallanPay, and run structured experiments to lift conversion at every stage.
Build and iterate on subscription pricing models, service packaging, and upsell or cross-sell flows that align with what individual vehicle owners, fleet managers, and auto dealerships are willing to pay in the Indian market.
Partner with design and engineering to ship high-velocity experiments without waiting for large release cycles.
Market and Competitive Intelligence
Monitor the competitive landscape in Indian legal-tech, mobility compliance, challan resolution, RTO services, and adjacent categories like vehicle insurance tech and fleet management SaaS.
Translate market signals into prioritised product bets with a clear revenue thesis and time-to-payback estimate.
Maintain a living competitive analysis updated regularly and shared with leadership.
Analytics and Revenue Insights
Define and manage the revenue product dashboard covering key metrics like ARPU, LTV, churn, subscription renewal rates, challan resolution volume, and channel-wise contribution.
Work with data engineering to ensure all instrumentation is correct and dashboards are trustworthy.
Present weekly revenue insights to the CPO with clear attribution, anomaly flags, and recommended actions.
Feature Roadmap for Revenue
Lead discovery, scoping, and prioritisation of new revenue-impacting features across LOTS247 and ChallanPay.
Write tight PRDs that include business case, success metrics, edge cases, and rollout plan.
Drive sprint planning and delivery with engineering ensuring zero ambiguity and high predictability.
B2B and Partner Revenue
Own product support for revenue-generating partnerships with auto dealerships, fleet operators, ride-hailing platforms, insurance companies, and vehicle marketplaces.
Define and track partner-specific product metrics and work with business development to convert pilots into long-term contracts.
WHAT YOU BRING
4 to 6 years of product management experience with a strong focus on growth or monetisation in a B2C or B2B2C startup in India.
Demonstrated ability to move a revenue metric measurably, not just ship features.
Strong analytical foundation, comfortable with tools like SQL, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Clevertap.
Experience running structured experimentation including A/B tests and holdout groups.
Understanding of subscription businesses, transactional platforms, or marketplace revenue models.
Prior experience in mobility-tech, insurtech, legaltech, fintech, or any compliance-driven consumer service is a strong advantage.
MBA from a reputed institution is preferred but not mandatory if experience speaks clearly for itself.
