Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced In-house Legal professional with strong expertise in land acquisition, property documentation, title verification, and real estate legal matters. The candidate will play a key role in securing land for renewable energy projects by handling end-to-end legal processes, resolving property-related disputes, and coordinating with government authorities and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end legal activities related to land acquisition for renewable energy projects.
- Conduct title due diligence and verify ownership and revenue records.
- Review sale deeds, lease deeds, MoUs, Power of Attorney documents, and other property-related documents.
- Resolve land-related legal issues, title defects, encumbrances, and property disputes.
- Coordinate with landowners, advocates, registration departments, survey officials, revenue authorities, and government agencies.
- Draft, review, and negotiate agreements related to land purchase, lease, easement rights, and project development.
- Ensure legal compliance for land acquisition and statutory approvals.
- Liaise with external advocates and represent the company in legal proceedings whenever required.
- Maintain legal documentation and support project teams in resolving land-related issues.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB / BL).
- 2–5 years of experience in Real Estate, Property Law, Land Acquisition, or Infrastructure Projects.
Preferred Skills
- Strong knowledge of property laws, title verification, land acquisition procedures, and registration processes.
- Experience in handling property disputes and legal due diligence.
- Excellent liaison and negotiation skills.
- Experience in renewable energy or infrastructure projects will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
