Key Responsibilities1. Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with organizational objectives
- Lead supply chain transformation initiatives (digitalization, automation, sustainability)
- Build and mentor high-performing supply chain teams
- Collaborate with executive leadership on long-term business planning
2. Procurement & Supplier Management
- Oversee sourcing strategies and supplier selection
- Negotiate contracts and manage supplier performance
- Ensure risk mitigation through diversified sourcing and contingency planning
3. Planning & Inventory Management
- Drive demand forecasting and supply planning processes
- Optimize inventory levels to balance cost and service levels
- Implement S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) frameworks
4. Operations & Logistics
- Manage warehousing, transportation, and distribution networks
- Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods
- Optimize logistics routes, freight costs, and service performance
5. Performance & Cost Optimization
- Monitor KPIs (OTIF, inventory turnover, fill rate, cost-to-serve, etc.)
- Identify and execute cost reduction opportunities
- Improve operational efficiency using lean and continuous improvement methodologies
6. Risk & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and environmental standards
- Manage supply chain disruptions and business continuity planning
- Oversee ESG and sustainability initiatives within supply chain

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per hour
