· Experienced Project Manager preferably with PMP, having knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office and MS Project.
· Having good communication skills and command over English language
· To handle Multiple MPLS of Various Banking, BFSI and Enterprise ILL and MPLS links.
· To coordinate with Customers on daily basis and proactive updates to be shared with customers on daily basis.
· Weekly tracker to be shared with all customers
· Weekly review to be done with each customer
· Order circulation internally on the same day of receiving of order
· To get OAF and PO released to partners
· To coordinate with delivery/ local alliance team to take EDD, get the actual status on daily basis
· To track every details like, feasibility status, feasibility date, OAF date, PO date, customer go ahead date, any issue reported to customer, final clearance date, link delivery date, link acceptance date
· To coordinate with NOC team for configuration of links
· To monitor the TAT for every activity and to be shared with respective team.
· To take acceptance for billing and maintaining the database
Skill Set:
· Proven working experience in project management
· Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
· Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
· Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus
· Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
