Job Summary
Dhana Jewellery Mart is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Floor Supervisor to oversee daily showroom operations, support the sales team, ensure premium customer service, and maintain smooth floor management. The ideal candidate should lead by example, monitor team performance, and ensure an excellent shopping experience for every customer.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily showroom floor operations and staff activities.
- Ensure every customer receives a warm welcome and premium service.
- Monitor customer flow, seating, product display, and sales support.
- Guide and motivate the sales team to achieve daily sales targets.
- Handle customer concerns and ensure quick resolution.
- Coordinate with Billing, CRM, Chit, and Accounts for smooth operations.
- Monitor staff attendance, grooming, discipline, and service standards.
- Ensure showroom cleanliness, display quality, and operational readiness.
- Submit daily floor reports and support management in achieving business goals.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
