We are seeking a strategic, results-driven DAccount Manager for a Digital Agency to join our team. You will serve as the primary bridge between our clients and internal production teams. Your mission is to understand client business goals, translate them into actionable digital strategies, and ensure the flawless delivery of high-performing campaigns across SEO, PPC, and social media.Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, building long-term partnerships and maintaining high satisfaction.
- Campaign Strategy & Coordination: Collaborate with internal specialists (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Design) to build, launch, and optimize comprehensive digital marketing campaigns.
- Project Oversight: Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure all client work is completed on schedule and meets quality standards.
- Performance Reporting: Analyze campaign metrics using tools like Google Analytics and Looker Studio to present clear, data-driven ROI insights to clients.
- Account Growth: Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell agency services that align with the client’s evolving business goals.
Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: 2–5 years of experience managing accounts within a digital marketing agency environment.
- Digital Knowledge: Solid understanding of core digital channels, including SEO, paid search/social, content marketing, and email automation.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts simply.
- Tools: Proficiency with Google Analytics, project management software (e.g., Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com), and CRM platforms.
- Problem Solving: Strong organization skills with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities under tight deadlines.
