Job Summary
Vision Eye Centre is looking for an experienced Field Marketing Manager with a strong background in eye hospital marketing. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in government health panels such as CGHS, DGHS, and other institutional tie-ups, along with expertise in hospital marketing. This is a field-based role requiring an established network and proven ability to generate patient referrals and institutional business.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute field marketing strategies to increase patient referrals and business growth.
- Manage and expand empanelments with CGHS, DGHS, and other government and corporate health schemes.
- Build and maintain relationships with doctors, hospitals, corporate organizations, TPAs, and government departments.
- Identify new business opportunities and institutional partnerships.
- Plan and execute outreach activities, camps, and referral programs.
- Coordinate with hospital management to achieve monthly and annual marketing targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Marketing Manager in an Eye Hospital is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of CGHS, DGHS, and hospital empanelment processes.
- Proven experience in hospital field marketing and business development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively for field marketing activities.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- MBA (Marketing) will be an added advantage.
Salary
Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
