About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Tele Caller to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting guests with inquiries, promoting hospitality services, generating leads, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. Candidates with prior experience in hotels, resorts, travel, or customer service will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and courteously.
- Respond to guest inquiries regarding hotel stays, packages, services, and facilities.
- Generate leads and follow up with prospective customers.
- Assist customers with booking inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups in the CRM or database.
- Coordinate with the Reservations, Sales, and Front Office teams to ensure seamless guest service.
- Promote seasonal offers, packages, and promotional campaigns.
- Resolve basic customer concerns or escalate them to the relevant department.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead conversion targets.
- Deliver a positive customer experience while maintaining company standards.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, sales, or hospitality.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and customer service skills.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and a professional telephone manner.
Preferred Candidate
- Experience in the hospitality, hotel, resort, travel, or tourism industry is preferred.
- Candidates based in Dehradun or willing to relocate will be given preference.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach are welcome to apply.
