Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced HR Head to lead the complete Human Resources function for a growing jewellery organization. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in jewellery, retail, manufacturing, or luxury brands, with expertise in manpower planning, talent acquisition, employee engagement, HR policies, performance management, compliance, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead manpower planning, budgeting, recruitment, and workforce expansion across stores, corporate office, manufacturing, and sales locations.
- Manage and guide the Talent Acquisition and HR Operations teams.
- Build strong recruitment channels for jewellery, retail, sales, manufacturing, and corporate positions.
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, attendance, leave, disciplinary, and employee welfare policies.
- Manage Performance Management System (PMS), KRAs, KPIs, appraisals, promotions, and increments.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, grievance handling, and organizational culture.
- Handle joining, onboarding, documentation, confirmation, transfer, deputation, and exit processes.
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, PT, Labour Laws, POSH, Shops & Establishment Act, and other applicable statutory requirements.
- Manage payroll coordination and ensure accurate and timely salary processing.
- Partner with business heads and senior management for organizational and manpower requirements.
- Prepare and present HR MIS, manpower reports, attrition reports, recruitment dashboards, and HR analytics to management.
- Develop training and development programs for employees, especially sales and jewellery retail teams.
- Identify high-potential employees and develop succession planning.
- Handle disciplinary matters and ensure fair and consistent implementation of company policies.

Qualification
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources / Personnel Management or equivalent qualification.
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
