About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven AI-First SEO Operator with 2–4 years of hands-on experience in organic growth strategy, technical SEO, and performance optimization who uses AI tools to scale SEO operations and content workflows efficiently.
The ideal candidate should also have working knowledge of GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) — optimizing content for AI-driven search experiences such as Google SGE, ChatGPT, and other generative search platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies.
- Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and search intent mapping.
- Optimize website structure, metadata, internal linking, and content architecture.
- Conduct technical SEO audits (crawl errors, indexing issues, Core Web Vitals, etc.).
- Improve keyword rankings, organic traffic, and conversion metrics.
- Build and execute link-building strategies.
- Track, analyze, and report SEO performance using analytics tools.
- Collaborate with content, design, and development teams for SEO implementation.
Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)
- Optimize content for AI-driven search and generative engines.
- Structure content for AI summaries and answer engines.
- Implement schema markup and structured data.
- Perform entity-based optimization.
- Optimize for featured snippets and zero-click searches.
- Use AI-driven query intent mapping to capture emerging search behaviors.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–4 years of proven SEO experience.
- Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.
- Understanding of structured data, schema markup, and Core Web Vitals.
- Knowledge of GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) strategies.
- Familiarity with AI search trends and conversational query optimization.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Good communication and cross-team collaboration skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
