We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Release Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of software releases across multiple teams. This role is critical in ensuring smooth, timely, and high-quality delivery of products that align with business objectives and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Release Planning & SchedulingDevelop and manage end-to-end release schedules aligned with project timelines and organizational goals. Coordinate release timelines across multiple projects and teams to ensure seamless delivery.-
Cross-Functional CoordinationCollaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to plan, execute, and validate software releases. Act as the central point of contact for all release-related activities, ensuring clear communication and alignment.

Documentation & GovernanceOversee the creation and maintenance of release documentation including: Release notes Deployment guides Rollback procedures Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and accessible.

Monitoring & Risk ManagementTrack release progress and proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies. Drive timely resolution of blockers to minimize impact on delivery timelines.

Process ImprovementDefine, implement, and enforce best practices for release management. Continuously improve release processes, tools, and automation to enhance efficiency and quality.

Stakeholder CollaborationPartner with business and technical stakeholders to ensure releases meet requirements and quality standards. Provide regular updates on release status, risks, and outcomes.

Leadership & MentorshipProvide technical guidance for complex release scenarios. Mentor junior team members and promote a collaborative, high-performance team environment.
Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience in Release Management, Program Management, or similar roles.

Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and release processes.

Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills.

Experience with release management tools, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment practices.

Strong problem-solving and risk management capabilities.

Exceptional communication and documentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorites in a fast-paced environment.
