Performance Marketing Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking a data-driven and results-oriented Performance Marketing Manager to lead our digital acquisition and growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will develop, execute, optimize, and scale paid marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels while maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS) and customer acquisition efficiency. This role requires strong analytical skills, hands-on campaign management experience, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Manage customer acquisition campaigns focused on lead generation, e-commerce sales, or app installs.
- Monitor and improve key performance metrics such as CAC, CPL, CPA, CTR, CVR, ROAS, and ROI.
- Develop audience targeting, segmentation, and retargeting strategies.
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, ad copy, and campaign structures.
- Manage marketing budgets efficiently to achieve business objectives.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with creative, content, product, and sales teams to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Work with SEO, CRM, email marketing, and analytics teams to build integrated marketing strategies.
- Track conversion events using Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel, and other analytics tools.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and emerging advertising technologies.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 6-8 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or digital marketing.
- Proven experience managing high-budget paid advertising campaigns.
- Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other advertising platforms.
- Experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with attribution models, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Google Ads Certification.
- Meta Certified Digital Marketing Associate or Professional Certification.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms.
- Knowledge of SQL, BI tools, or data visualization platforms is an advantage.
- Experience in B2B SaaS, e-commerce, fintech, healthcare, or high-growth startups.
