The front office at a hotel is responsible for ensuring guests have a pleasant experience and are satisfied with their stay. Front office staff are usually the first people guests meet and are expected to be courteous, professional, and knowledgeable about the hotel. Some of their responsibilities include:
- Greeting guests: Making guests feel welcome and creating a positive first impression
- Managing check-in and check-out: Handling guest requests for room changes, upgrades, and booking date changes
- Providing information: Answering questions about the hotel's amenities, rooms, and services
- Ensuring guest satisfaction: Going above and beyond to ensure guests are happy with their stay
- Being knowledgeable about policies: Being up to date on company policies for dealing with various situations
- Coordinating with other departments: Working with other departments to ensure guests' needs are met
Looking for young ladies as Front desk staff with a degree/diploma or equivalent, and strong communication and customer service skills.
