Job Description:
Dream Hunters Holidays is looking for a passionate and customer-oriented Travel Consultant to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidate should have experience in selling holiday packages, handling customer inquiries, and coordinating travel arrangements. The role involves assisting clients in planning memorable vacations while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
- Assist clients in planning and booking domestic and international holiday packages.
- Prepare travel itineraries, quotations, and package proposals.
- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, DMCs, and other travel suppliers.
- Handle reservations, documentation, and travel-related arrangements.
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into bookings.
- Provide pre-travel and post-travel customer support.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings and customer interactions.
- Stay updated on travel products, destinations, and industry trends.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry.
- Knowledge of domestic and international holiday packages.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to prepare itineraries and quotations.
- Basic knowledge of visa requirements and travel documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office and travel-related software.
- Strong sales and relationship-building skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of Asian and international leisure destinations.
- Experience working with DMCs and travel suppliers.
- Ability to handle multiple inquiries and bookings efficiently.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
