Job Overview
We are looking for a Domestic Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for positions within the country. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates while ensuring a smooth recruitment process aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for domestic hiring needs
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up on feedback
- Maintain and update candidate databases and ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Negotiate salary and close job offers
- Stay updated with local labor laws and hiring trends
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in domestic recruitment or talent acquisition
- Familiarity with job portals (e.g., Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously
- Good understanding of local employment laws and hiring practices
- Strong negotiation and decision-making skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a specific industry (e.g., IT, healthcare, BFSI, etc.)
- Knowledge of ATS and recruitment tools
- Certification in HR or recruitment (optional)
