Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Interior Designer based in Hyderabad. The Senior Interior Designer will lead projects from concept development through execution, including client consultations, needs assessment, and design presentations. Responsibilities include space planning, preparing detailed interior layouts, creating construction drawings, and specifying materials, finishes, and FF&E. The role involves coordinating with architects, contractors, and vendors, reviewing site work, and ensuring adherence to design intent, timelines, and quality standards. The Senior Interior Designer will mentor junior designers, maintain project documentation, and contribute to design standards and best practices within the team.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Interior Design and Architecture, with experience in leading end-to-end design projects.
- Candidates should possess skills in Space Planning, ensuring functional, efficient, and aesthetically pleasing layouts.
- Candidates should possess skills in Construction Drawings, including detailed plans, sections, and elevations for execution.
- Candidates should possess skills in FF&E, including selection, specification, and coordination of furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and presentation tools.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects, working with cross-functional teams, and handling client communications.
- Strong visual sense, technical detailing skills, and knowledge of materials, finishes, and local construction practices.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, conduct regular site visits, and oversee implementation.
Pay: ₹10,813.30 - ₹45,643.91 per month
