Job Description
We are looking for someone who can move between projects, technology, operations and the Founder’s Office without getting overwhelmed. You will work closely with founders and teams to turn ideas into action, keep projects moving and make sure the business runs smoothly.
This is a high ownership, fast paced role for someone who enjoys solving problems, managing priorities and figuring things out.
Own projects from planning to execution, ensuring timelines and deliverables stay on track.
- Work with developers, designers and cross-functional teams to drive technical and business projects.

Break ideas and requirements into clear tasks, priorities and timelines.

Track milestones, dependencies, risks and follow-ups.

Manage day-to-day operational activities and improve internal processes.

Work closely with founders on strategic, operational and business priorities.

Research markets, competitors, technology and new business opportunities.

Prepare reports, presentations and updates for leadership.

Identify bottlenecks, solve problems and ensure decisions are actually executed.

Coordinate across teams and keep everyone aligned.
- 5+ years of experience in project management, operations, technical project management, business strategy or a similar role.

Strong understanding of project and business workflows.

Comfortable working with technology and software teams.

Strong communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities without losing track of details.

Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.

High ownership and a “figure it out and get it done” attitude.

Comfortable working in a fast moving startup environment.
- Experience working directly with founders or leadership.

Familiarity with AI/ML,python or similar tools.

Understanding of software development/product workflows.

Experience in startups, consulting or high growth companies.

Strong research, presentation and reporting skills.
This isn’t a role where you’ll be doing the same thing every day.
One day you could be managing a product project, the next improving an internal process, solving a technical bottleneck or helping the Founder turn an idea into an actionable plan.
