Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Executive / Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, drive sales, and ensure excellent customer service. The role requires strong leadership, inventory management, and team coordination to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Achieve sales targets and monitor store performance.
- Lead, motivate, and train store staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback effectively.
- Monitor stock levels, manage inventory, and coordinate with suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and visual merchandising standards.
- Prepare sales reports, analyze performance, and suggest improvements.
- Maintain store hygiene, safety, and security standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent experience in retail management.
- Proven experience as a Store Manager, Retail Executive, or similar role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of retail management systems and MS Office.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Customer-first mindset with problem-solving ability.
