- Welcoming customers when they arrive at the service center.
- Registering customer complaints and service requirements.
- Coordinating with service advisors and workshop staff.
- Managing the customer waiting area and assisting visitors.
- Explaining service packages, AMC plans, offers, and promotions.
- Maintaining customer records and service history in the system.
- Following up with customers after vehicle servicing.
- Handling customer feedback, complaints, and escalation cases.
- Conducting customer satisfaction (CSI) calls and surveys.
- Ensuring customers receive timely updates regarding vehicle delivery and repair status.
Skills required
- Good communication skills (Odia, Hindi, and English)
- Customer handling and problem-solving ability
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM software, email)
- Professional appearance and behavior
- Ability to work with service advisors, technicians, and customers simultaneously.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
