We are looking for a skilled and professional Panchkarma Therapist who is passionate about authentic Ayurvedic therapies, client care, and wellness hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform classical Ayurvedic Panchkarma therapies including:
- Abhyanga
- Shirodhara
- Potli Massage
- Pizhichil
- Udvartana
- Steam Therapy
- Nasya assistance
- Kati Basti / Greeva Basti assistance
- Other prescribed Ayurvedic treatments
- Prepare therapy rooms, oils, herbs, and treatment setups before sessions
- Maintain hygiene, sanitation, and therapy SOPs at all times
- Ensure client comfort, professionalism, and premium hospitality during treatments
- Assist BAMS doctors in therapy execution and treatment planning
- Educate clients on basic post-therapy care instructions
- Monitor client feedback and report concerns to the wellness team
- Maintain inventory of oils, linens, disposables, and therapy materials
- Support smooth daily operations of the therapy department
Requirements
- Certification or Diploma in Panchkarma Therapy / Ayurveda Therapy
- Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on Panchkarma therapy experience
- Strong understanding of Ayurvedic oils, therapies, and treatment protocols
- Good hygiene standards, grooming, and communication skills
- Ability to create a calm, healing, and professional client experience
- Team-oriented mindset with discipline and punctuality
- Experience in wellness centres, Ayurvedic hospitals, retreats, or luxury wellness spaces preferred
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of basic Ayurveda principles and doshas
- Experience handling premium clientele
- Understanding of wellness hospitality standards
- Ability to communicate in Hindi and basic English
- Experience with detox, stress management, and rejuvenation programs
