- Process accounts payable — contractor invoices, utilities, insurance premiums, repairs and maintenance
- Manage accounts receivable — issue fee notices, follow up arrears, allocate lot owner payments
- Reconcile administrative fund and maintenance fund accounts
- Maintain accurate lot owner ledgers and the owners corporation register (members register)
- Track lot liability and lot entitlement allocations
- Prepare financial summaries for committee meetings and AGM packs
- Respond to owner queries on balances, payment plans, and statements
- Assist with AGM and committee notices, agendas, and minutes in line with the Owners Corporations Act 2006 (Vic)
- Insurance claim administration and tracking
Must-Have Skills
- Strong with numbers and high attention to detail — accuracy in reconciliations is non-negotiable
- Solid accounts payable and receivable experience (bookkeeping background a plus)
- Confident in Excel — formulas, lookups, and reconciliations
- Clear written English for owner correspondence
- Organised and methodical — able to manage a high-volume inbox without dropping ballsMaintain accurate records of exports using Tally ERP software
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
