incumbents should be commercially well-versed in the rubber floor covering Industry. Diploma or graduates with 1 - 5 years experience in a similar position preferred. Candidates should be aware of the products, production technology, and Mixing&compounding.
Responsibilities and Duties
The incumbent will be the supervisor in charge of the complete production facility.
Should take care of daily production and its documentation.
Responsible for in/out of raw materials and rubber waste.
Should have knowledge of rubber mat compounding.
Responsible for maintaining flawless production.
Should be able to provide uninterrupted production
Should have good knowledge of production machinery.
