Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented AR Caller to join our Medical Billing team. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling insurance follow-ups, claim status checks, denial management, and payment posting support.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with insurance companies regarding unpaid or denied claims
- Review claim status and resolve billing issues promptly
- Work on denied, rejected, and underpaid claims
- Maintain accurate documentation of calls and claim updates
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely claim resolution
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets
Requirements
- 3 Months to 1 Year of experience in Medical Billing / AR Calling
- Good communication and analytical skills
- Basic knowledge of US Healthcare and Insurance processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Immediate joiners preferred
