House Manager
Location: Greater Noida & Gurugram
Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced House Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a residential property. The ideal candidate should be organized, trustworthy, and capable of managing household staff, maintenance, and overall administration efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage daily household operations.
- Coordinate and oversee housekeeping staff, cooks, drivers, and other domestic employees.
- Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and smooth functioning of the property.
- Manage household inventory and procure necessary supplies.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and maintenance teams.
- Monitor household expenses and maintain records.
- Plan and organize household schedules and events as required.
- Ensure the safety, security, and upkeep of the residence.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Excellent organizational and management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office is an added advantage.
Experience:
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a House Manager, Estate Manager, Residence Manager, or in a similar role.
- Experience in managing luxury residences or high-profile households will be preferred.
