Procurement Management:
Source and procure construction materials, equipment, and services.
Prepare and process purchase orders and requisitions.
Vendor Coordination:
Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and negotiate terms.
Maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure reliable supplies.
Cost Optimization:
Conduct market research to obtain the best quality materials at competitive prices.
Monitor cost fluctuations and negotiate effectively.
Inventory Management:
Track inventory levels and coordinate with site teams for material requirements.
Ensure stock availability to prevent project delays.
Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain accurate procurement records and reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies and project specifications.
Quality Assurance:
Inspect materials to ensure they meet quality standards.
Address and resolve any supply or quality issues promptly.
Final Rate Sharing:
Share finalized purchase rates with the accounts team for approval and record-keeping.
Experience:
Total Work Experience: Minimum 6 Month (Required)
Procurement or Purchase Coordination: Minimum 6 Month (Preferred)
Education:
Bachelor's (Preferred)
