About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Outbound Demand Generation Specialist to help create and scale outbound sales opportunities. This role sits at the intersection of marketing and sales, focusing on generating qualified leads through strategic outreach and experimentation.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and execute outbound outreach campaigns through email, LinkedIn, cold calling, and other channels
- Research target companies, decision-makers, and Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs)
- Create personalized outreach messages to improve engagement and response rates
- Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
- Maintain and manage prospect databases and CRM systems
- Track campaign performance metrics such as open rates, reply rates, conversion rates, and meetings booked
- Conduct A/B testing on messaging, subject lines, and outreach strategies
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to optimize pipeline generation
Required Skills
- Strong communication and copywriting skills
- Understanding of outbound sales and lead generation processes
- Analytical mindset with attention to campaign metrics and performance
- Ability to research and identify high-quality prospects
- Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar platforms is a plus
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
