About the Role
We're looking for a creative and proactive intern who is passionate about content creation, social media, events, and marketing. This is a hands-on role where you'll be involved in everything from shooting videos and creating content to helping plan and execute real-world events and experiences.
If you enjoy being behind the camera, brainstorming ideas, and bringing projects to life, this role will give you exposure across marketing, content, operations, and event management.
Responsibilities
Content Creation & Social Media
- Shoot photos and videos during events, workshops, and activations
- Edit videos for Instagram Reels, Stories, and social media content
- Plan and schedule social media content
- Assist in managing Instagram and other social media platforms
- Create engaging captions and marketing content
Event Planning & Execution
- Support the planning and execution of workshops, events, and activations
- Coordinate with venues, artists, facilitators, and vendors
- Assist with event-day logistics and operations
- Help ensure smooth event execution from start to finish
Marketing & Creative Ideation
- Contribute ideas for campaigns, experiences, and community initiatives
- Research trends and opportunities for new projects
- Assist in promoting events and growing our audience
Requirements
- Interest in social media, content creation, marketing, and events
- Basic video shooting and editing skills
- Familiarity with Instagram Edits, CapCut, Canva, Premiere Pro, or similar tools
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable working on-ground at events when required
- Self-motivated and willing to take ownership
