About the Role
WeShine Academy is looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Quantitative Aptitude Trainer to train students preparing for competitive examinations such as Banking, SSC, Railways, TNPSC, and other government exams. The ideal candidate should be able to teach aptitude concepts effectively and help students improve their problem-solving speed and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Quantitative Aptitude classes for competitive exam aspirants
- Teach arithmetic, algebra, geometry, number systems, data interpretation, and other aptitude topics
- Explain shortcut methods and problem-solving techniques
- Prepare study materials, practice questions, assignments, and mock tests
- Evaluate student performance and provide individual guidance
- Keep up to date with the latest competitive exam patterns and syllabus
Eligibility
- Candidates who have cleared the Preliminary stage (Prelims) of competitive examinations are encouraged to apply
- Experienced Quantitative Aptitude Trainers are also welcome
- Strong knowledge of quantitative aptitude concepts
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students
