About the Role
We are looking for a proactive professional with strong chemistry knowledge to join our team in Chennai. You will engage with manufacturing plants, build strong B2B client relationships, and provide technical raw material solutions to plant managers and procurement teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with manufacturing units across industrial hubs in and around Chennai.
- Pitch product lines including Pigments, Resins, and Organic/Inorganic chemicals to plant chemists and procurement leads.
- Manage key accounts across the Paint, Ink, Plastics, and Road Marking Paint industries.
- Identify new industrial units and expanding manufacturing opportunities in the region.
- Maintain interaction records, client updates, and market feedback.
Requirements
- Education: B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry or B.Tech / B.E. in Chemical Engineering.
- Experience: 2+ years in B2B chemical raw material distribution or technical roles.
- Technical Skills: Strong background in Chemistry, particularly Pigments and Resins.
- Industry Experience: Exposure to Paint, Printing Ink, Plastics, or Road Marking manufacturing plants.
- Mobility: Personal two-wheeler with a valid driver’s license for local visits.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
