Responsibilities
- Lead Manager: Sort through new inquiries, organize them, and hand them off to the right sales person so we never miss a beat.
- Paperwork Pro: Create and send out proposals and important documents to customers quickly and accurately.
- The Journey Guide: Follow the entire process—from the moment a customer says "yes" all the way until the product is fully installed and ready to go.
- The Connector: Stay on the phone! You’ll be calling leads to check their interest and following up with existing customers to keep things moving.
- Timeline Keeper: Make sure everyone is sticking to the plan so the customer gets exactly what they need, on time.
Requiremens
- The Experience: At least 1+ years in sales coordination, office admin, or any role where you had to manage lots of moving parts.
- The Education: MBA in Sales & Marketing is a big plus!
- The Skills: You’re great at talking to people, love using Folders/Excel to stay organized, and aren't afraid to pick up the phone.
- The Mindset: You are high-energy, detail-oriented, and love seeing a project through to the end.
- The Location: Must be ready to work out of our Coimbatore office.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
