We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Shop Manager to oversee daily store operations, drive sales, lead the store team, and ensure an exceptional shopping experience. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, retail management experience, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the retail store.
- Achieve monthly sales and profitability targets.
- Lead, train, and motivate the store team.
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
- Ensure attractive visual merchandising and store presentation.
- Monitor inventory, stock movement, and replenishment.
- Handle POS billing, cash management, and daily reconciliation.
- Execute in-store promotions and seasonal campaigns.
- Prepare daily and monthly reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in retail store management.
- Experience in apparel, fashion, cosmetics, baby products, or lifestyle retail is preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Sales-driven with the ability to achieve targets.
- Knowledge of POS billing, inventory management, and basic MS Excel.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
