- Monitor all building systems through the BMS workstation and ensure smooth operation.
- Operate and control HVAC, ventilation, chilled water, lighting, and utility systems via the BMS.
- Respond promptly to alarms, faults, and system abnormalities.
- Record and maintain daily operational logs, alarm reports, and maintenance records.
- Analyze system trends and performance data to identify equipment issues and energy-saving opportunities.
- Coordinate with maintenance technicians and contractors for corrective and preventive maintenance activities.
- Ensure all critical equipment operates within specified parameters.
- Conduct routine inspections of BMS-connected equipment and field devices.
- Assist in troubleshooting BMS software, controllers, sensors, and communication networks.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Support testing, commissioning, and integration of new systems into the BMS platform.
