- Patient Evaluation: Conduct thorough physical examinations, review medical histories, and interpret diagnostic tests such as CT scans and urodynamics.
- Surgical & Medical Interventions: Perform both major open surgeries prostatectomies, nephrectomies) and minimally invasive procedures (e.g., URS, PCNL, HoLEP, and laparoscopic surgeries.
- Team Leadership: Lead clinical ward rounds, supervise junior doctors and residents, and collaborate with oncologists, nephrologists, and radiologists.
- Clinical Governance: Participate in emergency on-call rotas, oversee post-operative recovery, and ensure adherence to clinical safety standards.
- Education & Research: Train medical students and contribute to ongoing quality improvement projects or urological research.
Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹181,432.07 per month
