Key Responsibilities & Job Description Components
- Inventory & Rate Management: Manage, update, and distribute inventory and room rates in real-time across all sales channels.
- Booking Management: Process, track, and modify reservations, including managing cancellations and updates.
- System Integration: Integrate with Property Management Systems (PMS) and global distribution systems (GDS) for automatic, two-way data updates.
- Rate Parity & Distribution: Ensure consistent pricing across platforms (direct, OTAs, agents).
- Reporting & Analytics: Generate reports on booking data, occupancy, and guest profiles to inform revenue management.
