We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architect/Senior Architect to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead architectural projects from concept to completion, ensuring design excellence, innovation, and adherence to client requirements. You will collaborate closely with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams to create impactful and sustainable architectural solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, including conceptual design, design development, documentation, and construction administration.
- Design Excellence: Develop innovative architectural designs that meet functional, aesthetic, and sustainable criteria.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, designers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to junior architects and interns, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration.
- Quality Control: Review and ensure the quality and accuracy of design documents, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards.
- Sustainability Focus: Advocate for sustainable design practices and integrate environmentally friendly solutions into projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution. (No Civil Engineers Please)
- 10+ years of professional experience in architectural design and project management.
- Strong proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).
- Proven track record of leading complex architectural projects and delivering them on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Registered Architect with COA.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
