About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities through outbound cold calling, email outreach, and setting up meetings for our sales team. This is a high-energy, people-first role ideal for someone who loves the phone, thrives in a B2B sales environment, and is hungry to grow.
What You'll Do
- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective B2B clients and decision makers
- Send personalized outreach emails to generate interest and start conversations
- Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for the sales team
- Research target accounts to tailor outreach and identify the right contacts
- Follow up consistently with prospects to keep them engaged
- Maintain a clean and organized pipeline with accurate notes and updates
What We're Looking For
- Experience in B2B sales, outbound prospecting, or a similar customer-facing role
- Confident and comfortable on the phone — cold calling is a big part of this job
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to craft compelling emails
- Ability to quickly understand a prospect's needs and qualify them effectively
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage your own day-to-day workload
- Resilient and coachable with a positive attitude toward rejection and feedback
- A competitive mindset with a drive to hit and exceed targets
Nice to Have
- Experience in B2B Industrial Engineering Services is a plus
- Familiarity with outbound sales techniques and methodologies
- Previous experience in a fast-paced or startup sales environment
