Job Summary
We are looking for a confident and relationship-oriented Medical Representative responsible for building strong professional relationships with doctors, conducting post-seminar visits, and supporting doctor engagement and event activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-person visits to doctors after seminars for follow-ups and relationship building.
- Personally invite doctors, including VIP doctors, for upcoming events, seminars, and collaborations.
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors and healthcare stakeholders.
- Coordinate and support seminars, events, and doctor engagement activities when required.
- Ensure timely communication, regular follow-ups, and professional coordination with doctors.
- Maintain accurate records of doctor visits, feedback, interactions, and engagement activities.
- Represent the company professionally and confidently while interacting with doctors and healthcare professionals.
- Build a strong network of doctors and support long-term professional partnerships.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience as a Medical Representative / Pharma Sales / Doctor Relationship Executive.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in face-to-face interaction with doctors and senior healthcare professionals.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Professional personality with good presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel for doctor visits and events.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
