1. Inventory Control and Stock Management
· Regularly monitor inventory levels using automated systems or manual checks to ensure that products are not understocked or overstocked.
· Ensuring there is no overstocking or understocking.
· Proactively manage low-level stock, ensuring timely reorder of key items to prevent stockouts and delays in any project works.
2. Financial Management and Reporting
· Manage the store’s budget and expenses, ensuring that financial targets are met, and costs are controlled.
3. Waste Reduction and Material Management
Maintain a record of material wastage and provide reports to management, identifying patterns and areas for improvement.
4. Maintain a Proper Racking System
· Ensure that all products are organized and stored according to a proper racking system that maximizes space and makes products easy to locate.
· Regularly inspect racking systems for safety, ensuring that all items are stored securely and in compliance with health and safety regulations.
· Ensure store layout and product displays are well organized.
· Units should be labeled clearly for easy identification.
5. Storage of Finished goods/Reusable goods
· Ensuring proper storage of units from the client’s side and making sure that it is stored well and no damages take place.
6. Regular Stock Audits and Physical Counts
· Conduct regular physical stock counts (monthly, quarterly, etc.) and reconcile these counts with digital inventory records to identify discrepancies.
· Address any discrepancies promptly and implement corrective actions to improve inventory accuracy.
7. Assisting Purchase department
· Assisting Purchase in procurement as and when required
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
