About the Role
We are looking for a Medical Advisor to drive the adoption of our Doctor-led NCD Management Program across Bengaluru.
This is a field-based role where you will visit diabetologists, internal medicine physicians, endocrinologists, and other doctors managing patients with diabetes and lifestyle diseases. Your responsibility is to educate doctors about our program, onboard them as partners, and generate patient referrals through these partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
● Pitch the company's Doctor-led NCD Management Program and demonstrate its clinical and patient benefits.
● Build long-term relationships with doctors and clinic staff.
● Onboard new doctors onto the platform and ensure they understand the program workflow.
● Work closely with doctors to identify and enroll eligible patients into the program.
● Conduct regular follow-ups with partnered doctors to maintain engagement and increase referrals.
● Coordinate with the internal operations and clinical teams to ensure smooth patient onboarding.
● Collect market feedback, competitor insights, and doctor requirements.
● Represent the company at CMEs, medical conferences, and health camps whenever required.
Qualifications Required
● MBBS, BAMS, BHMS, BDS, PharmD, BPT, Nursing, Life Sciences, or another healthcare-related degree.
● 0–3 years of experience in healthcare sales, pharmaceutical sales, medical devices, digital health, or clinical roles.
● Strong communication and presentation skills.
● Comfortable with extensive field travel across Bengaluru.
● Valid two-wheeler and driving license preferred.
● Ability to build relationships and influence healthcare professionals.
Preferred
● Prior experience interacting with doctors or hospitals.
● Understanding of diabetes, obesity, hypertension, or chronic disease management.
● Experience in healthcare startups, medical devices, or digital therapeutics is an advantage.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
