- Stipend: ₹7,000 per month
Full-Time Opportunity
Upon successful completion of the internship, candidates may be offered a full-time position.
- Duration: 8 Months Full-Time Employment
- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month (based on performance and skills)
Role Overview
This role is ideal for someone who can manage both people operations and HR administration with minimal supervision. You will be responsible for hiring, employee documentation, payroll coordination, internal HR processes, LinkedIn lead tracking, and basic finance coordination.
Key ResponsibilitiesHiring & Onboarding
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Coordinate interviews and candidate follow-ups.
- Handle onboarding formalities for new joiners.
- Maintain hiring records and candidate databases.
Employee Documents & Certificates
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, internship certificates, experience letters, and relieving letters.
- Ensure all documents are properly updated and securely maintained.
LinkedIn Lead Management
- Track and manage incoming leads from LinkedIn.
- Coordinate with management for lead follow-ups.
- Maintain lead status and prepare basic reports.
Payroll & Salary Process
- Coordinate monthly salary processing.
- Track attendance and working days.
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll execution.
Leave Management
- Maintain employee leave records.
- Calculate leave balances and attendance reports.
- Handle employee leave-related queries.
Finance & Compliance Support
- Assist with TDS report coordination.
- Support invoicing and basic finance documentation.
- Coordinate with the CA and finance team when required.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong understanding of HR processes and documentation.
- Basic knowledge of payroll, leave management, and TDS.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and lead tracking.
- Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
