Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, install and service Air Conditioners (AC).
- Handle repair and maintenance of selected home appliances such as:
- Washing Machines
- Refrigerators
- Microwave Ovens
- Water Heaters/Geysers
- Dishwashers
- Chimneys & Hobs
- Other home appliances based on technical skills
- Attend assigned customer service requests on time.
- Diagnose faults and explain required repairs clearly to customers.
- Complete installation, preventive maintenance and breakdown service jobs.
- Maintain service quality and follow Fixzep SOPs.
- Update job status, service details and required spare parts through the company system/app.
- Maintain tools, equipment and work materials responsibly.
- Follow safety standards at customer and work locations.
- Provide professional and respectful customer service.
- Coordinate with the operations team regarding job completion, parts requirements and technical issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- ITI / Diploma / relevant technical certification preferred.
- Experience in AC servicing, installation and repair is mandatory.
- Experience in one or more home appliance repair categories is preferred.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues.
- Knowledge of basic electrical systems and safety practices.
- Ability to use smartphones and service/job management applications.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to travel to customer locations.
Experience
1–5 years of relevant experience in AC and home appliance service/repair preferred.
Salary
₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month, based on experience and technical skills.

Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a technician who is technically strong in Air Conditioning and capable of handling multiple home appliance service categories. Candidates with experience in field service, customer-facing repairs and multi-brand appliance servicing will be preferred.
