Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly and organized Front Desk Executive to manage the reception area and provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clinic, ensuring a welcoming experience while efficiently handling appointments, inquiries, and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients, visitors, and patients in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain the clinic calendar.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate information about services.
- Maintain patient/client records and ensure documentation is updated.
- Handle billing, payments, and issue receipts when required.
- Coordinate with therapists, doctors, and staff for smooth daily operations.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Assist with basic administrative and office support tasks.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk executive, or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, scheduling systems).
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a healthcare, wellness clinic, or hospitality environment.
- Familiarity with appointment booking software or CRM systems.
