Roles & Responsibilities
Handle incoming hot leads generated from website & marketing campaigns
Explain ChallanSathi’s services and process to potential customers
Convert leads into successful onboardings
Coordinate with the operations team for smooth customer processing
Follow up with customers through calls & WhatsApp
Maintain lead records and customer updates
Support day-to-day business development activities

Requirements
Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English is a plus)
Confident and customer-friendly personality
Strong convincing and follow-up skills
Comfortable speaking on calls and WhatsApp chats
Basic knowledge of Google Sheets/MS Excel
Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply
